Our building, also known as “Claxton Manor,” sits on the edge of Forest Hill Village. This leafy, residential neighbourhood is one of Toronto’s most desirable, and was once part of an enclave for the well-to-do looking to escape the bustle of the big city. Toronto has grown up around this neighbourhood since then, and it now offers a host of neighbourhood services all within close walking distance: a large Loblaws grocery store, LCBO, dry cleaners, fine restaurants, casual cafés and a wide range of shops.

MoreIt’s also simple to commute into the downtown business core via TTC subway or car. Even access to the Highway 401 is made easy with the Allen Expressway, which runs north from Eglinton. TTC Streetcars running along St. Clair also make the trip east and west a breeze. When the workday is done, there is plenty of green space in which to relax. A mere block away are gateways into both the Cedarvale (heading North) and Nordheimer (heading South) Ravines with their myriad of nature trails, bicycle paths and playing fields.
