WJ Properties is proud of the quality of our service and the condition of our suites and properties.
When repairs are required we like to fix them as soon as possible. This means we can maintain our high standards and provide the service to which our tenants are accustomed.
We have a 48 Hour Maintenance Promise that covers all routine Maintenance Requests from Monday to Friday (some restrictions will apply).
Typical routine Maintenance Requests are as follows: kitchen appliance repair, plumbing repairs, door lock repairs, heating and or HVAC repairs, electrical repairs.
Our Maintenance Promise applies to all requests made between the hours of 8 A.M. and 2 P.M. Monday to Friday. Requests made after 2.P.M. will be timed from the following day. Requests after 2 P.M. on Friday or during the weekend will be considered a request made on the following Monday. Occasionally our maintenance schedule will be delayed due to the backorder of parts or bad weather. In these cases we will notify the tenant of the delay, the reason for it and we respectfully request the tenant’s understanding that we are responding to the request as quickly as possible.
