John Dras
The residents at 22 Oakmount always know where they can find a good game of tennis on the courts at nearby High Park. But to face John, their building Superintendent, they’d better be prepared for the big hitting of this 2006 G.T.A. Polish Open Champion!
While this tournament is a Mississauga event, John is actually a native of Poland and moved to Canada in 1989. His wife and children joined him two years later. John loves the tenants in his building and can be counted on to serve up a big smile if not a tennis ball.

Julia Varep
Julia is the Assistant Superintendent at 22 Oakmount and she enjoys talking about the close-knit family feel of the building. And she knows a thing or two about knitting! Her mittens, hats and other creations are an amazing array of intricate design.
Born in Armenia and raised in Estonia, she has two sons and one daughter. Julia can often be heard spinning colourful yarns of her homeland and dropping great pearls of wisdom.
